Psalm 103:12
12 as far as the east is from the west,
so far has he removed our transgressions from us.
When our Jesus died for us on the Cross , He wiped our sins from the record book. He not only wiped it out of the proverbial book: He also erased it from Him: meaning its gone - Poof !!!. We as People tend to hold on to our past , we dredge up things not only that we have done , but we re-hash what others have done , not just within our self : but with others in a judgmental fashion.
When we do this we say we don't trust , we didn't believe, yes i am talking about the Cross. How far is the east from the west: can you imagine , close your eyes and try , no really try - you cant come up with anything can you ?. The reason why is it doesn't exist , i mean how far away it is. when David wrote this he was expressing in a definite way That Jesus erases , forgives , forever.
Jesus wants us to trust , have Faith in Him, what a beautiful gift He has given us.
May we all learn this , and Love just to Love the way our Father hopes we will.
May we forgive unconditionally and put the past as far as the East is from the West.
